How do I cancel my subscription?
After logging in, click on the account icon to get to your account page. Under the My Memberships section, you will see all your current memberships. Click Cancel next to the membership you want to cancel. Cancellation is immediate.

How do I get access to the Discord server?
After logging in, click on the account icon to get to your account page. Click on the Edit Profile link. Click on the green Connect to Discord button and follow the prompts to login to your Discord account. When prompted, click Authorize to connect to our server. Within a few minutes, our server should show up in your Discord client.

There are 3 text channels available for live alerts: #ncaaf-alerts, #ncaam-alerts, #ncaabb-alerts. There are also 3 text channels available for conversation and sharing picks and info: #ncaaf-chat, #ncaam-chat, #ncaabb-chat. You may need to tell your Discord client to show these:

1. Open your Discord app.
2. Under the ProjectThreeStraight server, click the “Browse Channels” option.
3. Put a check next to each of these 6 channels listed above.

How do I get the notifications on my phone?
Login to your Discord app. Go to the channel for the sport you want notifications for, like #ncaaf-alerts. Click on the Notification Settings bell icon at the top. Choose the All Messages option. Also, make sure your phone settings allow notifications from the Discord app.

To Enable iOS Notifications:

1. Open the iPhone Settings app.
2. Scroll down and tap Notifications.
3. Locate and tap Discord.
4. Toggle Allow Notifications to the ON position.
5. Check all three alert types: Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Banners.
6. Ensure Immediate Delivery is checked (not Scheduled Summary) so pings arrive right away.

To Enable Android Notifications:

1. Open your device’s Settings.
2. Go to Apps or Applications, then tap See all apps.
3. Select Discord from the list.
4. Tap Notifications and ensure the toggle is turned ON.

To Configure Discord App Settings Globally:

1. Open the Discord app and tap your profile icon (labeled You) in the bottom right corner.
2. Tap the Gear icon (Settings) in the top right.
3. Under App Settings, tap Notifications.
4. Make sure Enable Push Notifications is toggled on.

Where does all the data come from?
For NCAA Football:

• Some of the data is from our own calculations.
• Scoreboard updates come from CollegeFootballData.com.
• Some is sourced from CollegeFootballData.com, TeamRankings.com and PFF.
• Some power ratings sourced from Sagarin.com and ESPN.com.
• Odds come from Bovada and ESPNbet.

For NCAA Basketball:

• Some of the data is from our own calculations.
• Scoreboard updates come from ESPN.com.
• Some is sourced from sports-reference.com and TeamRankings.com.
• Some power ratings sourced from KenPom.com and EvanMiya.com.

For NCAA Baseball:

• Some of the data is from our own calculations.
• Scoreboard updates come from D1baseball.com, NCAA.com, and ESPN.com.
• Some stats sourced from NCAA.com and D1baseball.com.

How often is the data updated?
For NCAA Football:

• Scores updated every minute during games.
• Opening and closing lines are updated daily, and every 15 minutes during game day. Live odds are updated every 3 minutes.
• Advanced box score data is available the next morning, after some of the play-by-play data is corrected.
• Team and player statistics are updated Sundays.
• Power ratings are available throughout the week when published, usually Monday.

For NCAA Basketball:

• Scores updated every minute during games.
• Betting lines are updated daily, around 10am EST and updated every 15 minutes on day of game.
• Box Scores are created the morning after the game.
• Team statistics are updated daily.
• Power ratings are available throughout the week when published.

For NCAA Baseball

• Scores updated every 5 minutes during games.
• Team statistics and pitcher statistics are updated on Mondays.
• Betting lines are updated every 15 minutes on day of game.

Some live stats seem to be missing or wrong?
Not all games have play-by-play data available. Other games have delays in data syncing, noticeably with the clock and ball possession.
